My Mini Cooper Countryman rides like a wagon after 100k km – time for new shocks?

I've had my 2015 Countryman since new and honestly it used to handle those little roundabouts in Jumeirah like a go-kart, but lately every bump feels like it's crashing through the suspension and the rear end skips over speed bumps. I'm pretty sure the original shocks are just worn out but I'm not sure whether to go with OEM or something like Bilstein B4s. While searching for Mini Cooper Shock Repair Solutions I came across Suspension Repair Dubai and they seem to know the R60 platform well, even mentioning the electronic damper control calibration which I didn't even think about. Has anyone here replaced shocks on a Countryman or Clubman in Dubai? I'm worried about making the ride too harsh since this is my daily driver, but the current bounciness is getting dangerous on the highway. Also curious what a fair price is for all four corners including labor around Al Quoz. Any advice appreciated.
