hello friends (all of you)

I would love to hear your opinion and experience on how you are handling this difficult time of containment and lockdown, where some of us cannot practice like we did before or as we needed to. This is my case, I was practicing between 2 or 3 times a week, and since I cannot do it at home, I cannot practice at the moment, and I am afraid that it will increase my desire in a need and increases my feeling of dysphoria. How is it for you?

Another question, I heard something with a muscle relaxer, a drug to increase the sensation (i should say decrease in fact) when you practice with a wheelchair. have any of you tried? thank you for your reply

would wrap my legs up as I sit on the couch watching TV or when I'm on the computer.

it various. but as long as possible.  I would probably do it around twice a week on average.  No, I haven't tried an muscle relaxers

how long was ur longest time? 1 , 2 hours? longer?

how are ur leg feelings when u wrap them off?

Hello, 

It really depends what sort of cushioning used with your legs. Longest has probably been 6-8 hours. But comfortably would be more like 4-5 hours and then about half an hour rest.

wooow, 5 or 6 hours!!

Did u go with a chair, or with crituches? ( i think it is chair as u spoke about cushion)

Do u go outside as amp?

Outside chair. Inside the house sometimes stubbies.
