I told my wife this January of 2020 and it took a minute for her to understand and not just think I was crazy. Now about a month later she does her research on Biid and is open with me about it as I am with her. She knows and accepts that I want to be an amputee.

i did it some days ago. it took some minuts to her to understand what and who i need to be ( wc part time user). Now she has to accept it, but most important i dont have to hide to her anymore, i m free to practice when i want ( now, the deal is i stay only as part time user, not at home becaus eof children). Of course she didnt expected anything, but understood how it was difficult for me to told her. I know she has it her mind, and she lets me take time to practice. Good beginning

Wow Congratulations Im happy that you came out to tell her, it takes a lot to tell your partner let alone explain it to them, now that they they can learn with you
