Give me a name of a surgeon in the netherslands.... I want to lose my leg, but I can´t find some!

I need your surgeons address very desperately. I am already a 4 toe- am,putee and a diabetic. I want to become a LAK. So far, the surgeon only amputated 4 toes despite of me insisting above the knee.

Hallo

51yo male from Romania (East Europe) need four fingers amputee on my left hand.

Several years ago I saw in a tram in Freiburg- Germany, a man with the same type of amputation fingers as I want.

Amputation was very clean and tidy to be about an accident and fingers seemed disarticulate from the first phalanx. I had enough time to notice the details.

Please tell me some addresses throughout Europe.

I am looking for a surgeon in England who will amputate my right leg from the hip - that is, from well above the right side of my scrotum, and so high that I have no right buttock and my anal passage is clearly visible. Better still if the surgeon is black, as I have always wanted to be mutilated by a black man or woman.

Wait and wait again. Is no one able to preform safe small surgery to amputate four fingers?
I see a man in Freiburgh Germany who have the fingers amputate like I wish......it was voluntary, regarding to the level of amp and the stumps

Can anyone help me find a surgeon to amputate at least my left leg above the knee and my left arm above the elbow? depending on how it goes, I might want the other leg off too.
